Shipping & Payment

It is very important to provide the correct address during checkout. Please reconfirmed that you have included your postal code and unit number (if any) correctly.

We shall not be liable for any forms of lost parcels due to incorrect/missing details of address. In this case, no returns or refunds are applicable.

For item(s) that are returned to us due to customer’s negligence, the customer will have to pay full postage fees again for us to ship back the parcel to the customer.

Delivery fees

Direct courier services for all local deliveries are free of charge with a minimum of SGD70 spent. For purchases below SGD70, we charge a nominal fee of SGD4.50 for direct courier delivery.

Our courier team will attempt to arrange for redelivery if the first delivery is unsuccessful. However, if the delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt. Parcel will be returned back to us. For re-delivery, SGD7 fee will be chargeable.

Shipping 

Once you’ve placed your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Your order will be processed within 1-2 days (excluding preorders/backorders/peak periods), before it is shipped out. Our logistics partners would typically have the order delivered to you within 3-4 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). 

Express shipping

A nominal fee of SGD14 per location for Express Deliveries (2 days, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays)
